Will “Diaper” David Vitter Run Again?

Seems prostitute lovin, diaper wearin, Senator David Vitter (R-LA) is poised to run again.

From NOLA.com

“When Vitter’s [SEX]scandal broke in 2007, some left his political career for dead. Two years later, his re-election campaign is humming along. He has racked up more than $3 million in his campaign treasury. Christian conservative leaders have come to his defense. The head of Louisiana’s Republican party says Vitter deserves another term representing the state, and Vitter has yet to draw a strong GOP opponent as some had predicted.”

Republican Sex scandals be damned .. absolutely!
Caught with a diaper on during intercourse with a women not your wife …. pfft!
Take money from your constituents when you don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell .. very Republican of you Dave!

And with his push for a clean slate, Diaper Dave decided to go the alzheimers route when it comes to formulating his bio … Oopsy … forgot to mention the hooker and the diaper.  Well why bother when even Obama says we need to look forward, right Senator?

What will happen to DD? First, the Dems will throw their best at him. If that doesn’t get him, moderate GOP will eat him for breakfast, and opposing Neo Cons will eviscerate him.
My money is on the opposing Neo Cons. They like sucking blood from humans, even if it is one of their own.

Hang on to those depends Dave … you’re gonna need em!

Fringe Right NUT Rep Virginia Foxx: OB Health Care – “Seniors Will Be Put To Death By Their Government”

If this wasn’t a real video, with real words, we sane people wouldn’t believe it. Just when you thought the days of  the Utterly Stupid Bush/Cheney Fear Mongering Killing Machine, was gone, the Neo Nazi right FEAR Mongering Killing Machine is at alive and well and lives in repulsive GOP Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina.

Do the people she represents in the 5th district in North Carolina agree with this lunatic? Do they even know she said this in their name? Do they care that this woman is running lose on the streets?

We all know of the rampant brain damage that exists in the constituents in Michelle Bachmanns 6th district in Minnesota – but we honestly thought North Carolina was coming to the light.

Truth is … THE LEGISLATION PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE FOR SENIORS’ DIFFICULT DECISIONS. IT DOES NOT TO ENCOURAGE EUTHANASIA

Look at this picture of Virginia Foxx .. there’s a similar look in the eyes of many republican women.

Get our drift?

In our sick twisted way we’re sort of grateful for the lunatic fringe right, especially their women.
Palin, Bachmann & Foxx … Ahhhhh the Mavericky Freak Show of the GOP.

House Deals “Birthers” A Mental Abortion

See full size imageNote to Lou Dobbs: HAWAII IS BARACK OBAMA’S BIRTHPLACE. Deal with it.

Hawaii’s Rep Neil Abercrombie introduced a resolution on the House floor that was designed to put House GOPers who are flirting with birtherism in a jam …. [The resolution] commemorates the 50th anniversary of Hawaii’s statehood. But here’s the rub, it described Hawaii as Barack Obama’s birthplace.”

The way the House resolution was brought to the floor, under a procedure known as suspension of the rules, also indicated that it wasn’t meant as a political maneuver. The procedure is generally used for measures unlikely to cause any controversy, and means that the amount of debate on the bill is limited, as is the number of amendments that can be added, but means that two-thirds of the House must vote in favor in order for the legislation to pass. Fifteen other measures were brought to the House floor under the same procedure Monday.

Even nutty Michelle Bachmann (R-Minn) voted for it.  (WHAT???)
However that doesn’t absolve this idiot. She’s a Birther and tried to block the vote stating lack of a quorum. She voted against it before she voted FOR IT?? Guess so.

After her attempt at postponement, on Monday evening the resolution passed — unanimously. Bachmann was one of the “yea” votes.

Bush Vacation & Katrina – Congress Vacation & Poor Americans Without Health Care

Self proclaimed president Bush was usually asleep at the wheel when it came to just about everything, but his guitar strumming insanity during Katrina probably cost him his legacy (if there was one to have) and any amount of credibility. And this Congress is no different.

While people screamed and begged to a deaf government to help them survive during the horror of Katrina, the poorest of Americans are now stuck waiting for health care while the social government elite vacation somewhere.

How screwed up is that … and how different is that from what happened to our people during Katrina?

There is no difference!

Because they couldn’t GET IT RIGHT … Because they are afraid of their own image and political fall out … Because they are to weak to deflect the Nazi Right  propaganda machine.
Like Bush …. because  … because … because … and people die.

There’s always an excuse.

We’re wondering who’s going to play the “Heck of a job Brownie” part in this play, this time around.

Rep. Virginia Foxx: ‘There Are No Americans Who Don’t Have Health Care’

See full size image Oh yeah?? When did they start doing CHEMO in emergency rooms Virginia?

Technically this NEO NAZI  HAIR SPLITTING WITCH is correct, she just left out the most important part … NO ONE CAN AFFORD IT!!

Yes, Virgina we all have access to health care. We can all go to an emergency room if we choose. That doesn’t mean they’ll help us, or even see us, but if they do, and you don’t have good insurance, be prepared to potentially lose your home & savings. But technically, in the BIZARRO NEO NAZI CON World these freaks live in … all Americans have health care.

North Carolina Rep. Virginia Foxx disputes President Obama’s claim that 47 million Americans lack healthcare. “There are no Americans who don’t have healthcare. Everybody in this country has access to healthcare,” she says. “We do have about 7.5 million Americans who want to purchase health insurance who can not afford it,” she says, urging Congress to adopt a new plan for healthcare reform that wouldn’t “destroy what is good about healthcare in this country” and “give the government control of our lives.”

Oh yeah BIG MOUTH …. OFFER UP A BETTER HEALTH CARE BILL!

In July 2007, SICK -TWISTED & STUPID the self proclaimed President George Bush claimed that “people have access to health care in America. After all, you just go to an emergency room.” Despite what these conservatives say, the fact is that many Americans are forced to go without care:
The chances of working-age adults experiencing at least one access problem due to costs (delaying care, forgoing medical care, forgoing dental care, or forgoing prescription drugs) grew from 18.2% in 1997 to 21.3% by 2006. While the size of the problem and the growth rate may seem small, combined with growth in the population, they translate into substantial numbers of people. The number of working-age adults who experienced at least one access problem due to costs grew from a total of 29.8 million in 1997 to 39.3 million by 2006.

At the loss of home – hearth and sanity, everyone has health care … but they just can’t afford the after the fact consquences.

Yes, Virginia everyone has health care and there is a Santa Clause.

McMaverick McCain Gives Obama “Birthers” a Big Fat Goose Egg

See full size imageWe’re sorta sorry to see some of the more rational “birthers” swallow the truth pill and slither away. It kept them off the streets and preoccupied like all good  misanthropes. Of course the less rational, the Ted Kaczynski types, will still pursue this insanity. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing.  At least we know where they are.

McCain Investigation: Obama Is A Citizen

While they ruled out any chance of the ‘birther’ lawsuits holding up in court, lawyers for the McCain campaign did check into the rumors about Obama’s birth and the assertions made by Berg and others. “To the extent that we could, we looked into the substantive side of these allegations,” said Potter. “We never saw any evidence that then-Senator Obama had been born outside of the United States. We saw rumors, but nothing that could be sourced to evidence. There were no statements and no documents that suggested he was born somewhere. On the other side, there was proof that he was born in Hawaii. There was a certificate issued by the state’s Department of Health, and the responsible official in the state saying that he had personally seen the original certificate. There was a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser, which would be very difficult to invent or plant 47 years in advance.

Reid: No Health Care Vote in Senate Until Fall

See full size imageSenate Democratic leaders  abandoned plans for a vote on health care before Congress’ August recess, dealing a blow to President Obama’s ambitious timetable to revamp the nation’s $2.4 trillion system of medical care.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., delivered the official pronouncement, saying, “It’s better to have a product based on quality and thoughtfulness rather than try to jam something through.”

His words were a near-echo of Republicans who have criticized what they have called a rush to act on complex legislation that affects every American.

Obama shrugged off the delay.

“That’s OK, I just want people to keep on working,” Obama told a town hall meeting in Cleveland. “I want it done by the end of the year. I want it done by the fall.”

Reid said the Senate Finance Committee will act on its portion of the bill before lawmakers’ monthlong break. Reid then will merge that bill with separate legislation passed by the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee earlier this month.

It’s a TIE: Yes, they’ll never get it hashed out before the Recess (27.0%)
